The Speedline Tapered Carbon Fiber BMX Pro Fork is produced out of a special High Modulous, Nano Carbon Composite Material produced for us by Torray – The nano carbon allows our engineers to build stronger, lighter, stiffer carbon parts with a higher strength than before. It is 27% stronger than other carbon materials. It is also more flexible and has a higher fatigue resistance. And is built using high-impact compaction, this is important because by using solid inner forms during the curing stage, compared to typical air-bladder processes, we produce high-pressure compaction which means more consistent products with denser material and minimal voids.

The tapered 1 1/8" - 1.5" monocoque carbon fiber steertube, further enhances the strength and wight reduction. Because of the engineering, and proprietary material and molding processes, we were able to produce a 20mm Carbon race fork that weighs in at just 16 ounces.

All Speedline 20mm Pro Forks, come stock with the Pro Adapters to allow you to run your 20mm or any 3/8" Female axle front hub. Forks also include the compression top cap.

All Speedline Tapered Steertube Carbon Fiber Forks are 20mm dropouts.

Stock Colors are Gloss Carbon, Matte Carbon and White.

We recommend the use of the Speedline Tapered Sealed Bearing Headset for use with this fork.

Speedline Elite Carbon Junior / Expert 20” and 24" Cruiser Fork

The new Speedline Carbon Fiber Junior/Expert Fork, like the Pro and Pro Taper are our second generation of the Speedline Elite Carbon fork and a a full monocoque construction. It has over 3 years of technology, planning and testing. It uses our special hand laid carbon legs, with a full high modulus carbon fiber steer tube.

It is light and strong, which is exactly what you are looking for in a fork. The Junior/Expert size is available in a 1” steer tube. With traditional 3/8“ ( 9mm ) dropouts.

Colors Available are : Gloss Carbon, Matte Carbon and Limited Edition White

20" Junior/Expert Fork Weight is a Feather Light, but Superstrong 10.6 ounces ( 300 grams )

24" Junior/Expert Cruiser Fork Weight is a Feather Light, but Superstrong 11.2 ounces ( 317 grams )

The Speedline Junior / Expert Fork has a 125lb Rider Weight limit.

The 1" Speedline Forks will require a 1" Carbon Expander Plug.
